45 minutes on the exercise bike.
10 minutes on the rowing machine.
fitness is increasing :)
My legs have really begun to change, but my top half is getting worse if anything!
ergh.
I figure it’s a stupid idea to cut out coffee completely from my diet because it’s this close to exams; but i’ll allow my self two a day, without milk or sugar.
No more sweets, limiting dinner portions. bigger breakfasts. more running.
need to get this assignment out of the way so I can go to the gym tonight!
